    We start with a meeting where we get to know your expectations, talk about what we can offer and discuss your vision of the wedding ceremony together.

  2. Step 2: Planning and coordination

    We plan every detail of the ceremony with care, respecting tradition and making sure everything runs smoothly, so you can enjoy every moment and every emotion.

  3. Step 3: The day itself

    On your wedding day we give you full support and coordinate the ceremony, so that everything goes to plan in a calm, harmonious atmosphere.

  • a Polish Catholic priest, who will lead the marriage ceremony
  • a personal planning meeting to talk through your vision of the ceremony
  • a personalised wedding ceremony
  • coordination of the civil and church paperwork
  • a professional sound system
  • liturgical furniture: a lectern and/or an altar

The package includes:

  • a Polish Catholic priest, who will lead the marriage ceremony
  • a personal planning meeting to talk through your vision of the ceremony
  • a personalised wedding ceremony
  • coordination of the civil and church paperwork
  • a professional sound system
  • liturgical furniture: a lectern and/or an altar
  • a personal meeting with the priest about the story, values and path that brought you together, as the basis for a personal, meaningful homily at your wedding
  • a rehearsal the day before the wedding, so the couple and the witnesses can go through the ceremony calmly and smoothly
  • on-site coordination on the day and oversight of every part of the ceremony
  • bad weather cover: umbrellas for the couple and their closest family, and the option to book a tent sheltering the couple, the witnesses and the priest

Questions about planning

What paperwork do we need?

A certificate from the Civil Registry Office (Urząd Stanu Cywilnego) stating that there are no impediments to the marriage, and the documents the priest asks for. We go through the details at our planning meeting.

Where can an outdoor wedding take place?

By the sea, by a lake, in a forest, in a garden or on the grounds of a wedding venue. We create ceremonies in the places you dream of. We work mainly in the Tricity and Kashubia, but we are happy to join you anywhere in Poland. No dream place yet? We will gladly help you find one.

What if it rains?

At the planning meeting we always agree a plan B, so you can feel calm and safe whatever the weather. We make the final decision together on the wedding day.
